Syllables filled with spinach

Rolls filled with Spinach
4 sliced sirloin, thin and flattened like schnitzel
A large bunch of chopped chard
Pack of freshly chopped fresh spinach
2 large onions, sliced thin
5-6 garlic cloves sliced
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
A peppery fig sauce of “The Well Delicatessen”
A handful of pomegranate seeds for decoration
Heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet and fry the onion until it slightly browns.
2. Add the garlic cloves, stir, and add the spinach and the chard. Salt and pepper, and fry until the leaves reduce their volume.
3. Take a slice of sirloin, fill it with the spinach-chard mixture, drizzle a little peppery fig sauce and roll with foil.
4. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with pomegranate seeds
