Pullets with vegetables in chicken sauce

Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
1/2 pound chopped chicken
1 red pepper cut into cubes
1 yellow pepper cut into cubes
1/2 chopped onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
A handful of chopped mint
A handful of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of pullet sauce of “The Well Delicatessen”
1/2 cup olive oil
Coarse salt

1. Place the chicken in a bowl with the herbs and vegetables.
2. Sprinkle with coarse salt and add the olive oil and the Tomato & Chili Sauce of “The Well Delicatessen”.
3. Mix well and marinate the chicken thighs in the marinade for at least an hour.
4. Sautee on a pan and serve with white rice or mashed potatoes
