Pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, Bulgarian cheese and pesto sauce

500 grams of short pasta
250 grams of cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
1 (Hot pepper sliced into thin slices optional)
A handful of basil leaves
Salt, ground black pepper
A square of Bulgarian cheese from Jacob’s farm
2 Tablespoons full of Basil Pesto or Olive Pesto of “The Well Delicatessen”
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Shake the quarters of cherry tomatoes and slices of hot pepper.
2. Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Drain the pasta from the cooking water and mix with the stir-fried tomatoes and pesto of The Well Delicatessen.
4. Add the crumbled cheese and basil leaves, stir well and serve.
