Cheesecake and jam

This cake is inspired by a charming blog and Puff Pastry (dough),
We of course have incorporated a quality confiture and it came out great!
The cake consists of 2 layers:
For the bottom layer:
Beat 125 g soft butter with half a cup of sugar until the mixture is airy.
Mix in one egg and when the mixture is even, add a teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 7 tablespoons of milk. Stir in 1 cup flour less one tablespoon. Spread in a 24 cm format and bake 180 ° for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly stable and the middle is very vibrating.
Top layer: while baking, mix 250 g white cheese with half a cup of sugar, 2 eggs, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of flour, and if you like a little grated lemon peel. Pour the butter on the partially baked cake, and now add points of “The Well Delicatessen” confitures of your choice: Wild Berries, Strawberries, Apricots or Plums. Mix lightly with a toothpick. Return to the oven for about 15 to 30 minutes, or until the center of the cake is stable. Cool completely to room temperature before cutting. Keep in the refrigerator. And Bon Appétit
